Chef David Ross pairs a gourmet four-course dinner with a selection of wines from the states of Washington and Oregon.

Doors open at 6:30, and service begins at 7:00.   

FIRST COURSE – Pike’s Place Cedar Plank Salmon, Aligot Potatoes with Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, paired with a Pinot Noir
SALAD – Apple Salad with Dungeness Crab fritter, Marion Berries Vinaigrette, paired with a Gruner Veltliner
ENTREE – Apricot Cherry Cabernet Braised Duck Legs, Roasted Potato Hash, paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon
DESSERT – Coffee and Donuts, Warm Donuts with Seattle Style Cold Brew Coffee Shooter, paired with Hazelnut Liqueur
