Festival of Summer & Maxwell Street Days

Enjoy the sounds, smells and tastes of summer! Support the Elkhorn Rotary Club Saturday, July 26 that their pancake breakfast in the morning or by getting some delicious brats, burgers and roasted corn in the afternoon and evening. Stick around Saturday night for the Rotary Beer Tent and enjoy live music from local bands. Walk around and do a little shopping with the many crafters and vendors that line the square. The kids will have plenty to keep them occupied with all the activities available such as bounce houses, slides and more. Sit back and relax while you enjoy different entertainment on the community stage including performances from local groups such as the AKF Flying Dragons, Essential Yoga, Toe to Toe Ballet and the Senior Idol Competition. Also on the community stage will be the finals for the Walworth County Fair Junior Amateur Talent Competition featuring kids age 2-18 performing dance, vocal, instrumental and other talents. Winners will advance to the Wisconsin State Fair Competition. We even have race enthusiasts covered with the Festival of Summer Bike Ride with rides anywhere from 10 ? 100 miles, and the Run United 5 mile Run and 2 mile Run/Walk that all start in the morning at Veterans Park in the downtown square.
