The term “artificial intelligence” is thrown around a lot on the news recently, but what is it, and what can it do for you? Most likely, you’re using it already! Predictive AI is used to give recommendations on streaming media platforms (such as Netflix and Hulu), voice assistant apps such as Apple’s Siri and Windows Copilot, web search results, and automated customer service assistants online. The most recent development in artificial intelligence is generative AI, which uses user prompts to generate text, images, audio, and more! It provides a conversational approach to answering questions, which provides a more user-friendly approach.
