Researching Your Overseas Ancestors
Learn how to find your immigrant ancestors’ information in U.S. records, in overseas online genealogy databases, and in other (mostly-free) resources. Topics include learning to use histories & maps to help track immigration, suggestions on what to do about language barriers, and how to compare family stories to documents using real-life family history examples to discover when your ancestors really immigrated. This program is presented by Vicki Ruthe-Hahn, founder and creator of Stateline Genealogy Club, LLC and the Blog "StatelineGenealogyClub.WordPress.com".
