Meditation with Melanie
Meditation is a universal practice that can help with stress reduction and management, focus, increased self-awareness, patience, tolerance, restoring calm and inner peace, and many other benefits. Join us to learn and practice meditation every Wednesday, 12:00-12:45pm at the Recreation Department in Elkhorn. All are welcome whether you are new to meditation and want to find out more or already have a practice.
