Meditation with Melanie
Meditation is a universal practice that can help with stress reduction and management, focus, increased self-awareness, patience, tolerance, restoring calm and inner peace, among many other benefits. Join us to learn and practice meditation, every Tuesday in June and July (no class July 4) at 1:00pm in the community center. All are welcome whether you are new to meditation and want to find out more or already have a practice.
