Disaster Prepping with Kids
Given the events of the last few years, from COVID-19 to civil unrest, more and more people are becoming interested in disaster preparedness. This isn’t about planning for the end of the world. It’s just a desire to be more self-reliant in case of emergency situations, from severe weather to supply chain disruptions. In this class session, we’ll be focusing on how to take your children into account as you prep and plan for possible disasters. Among the topics we’ll cover are how to speak with your children about disasters, skills you can teach them and specific supplies to keep on hand. Join us for a great learning session and help keep the kids in your life safe!
