Bards & Bookwyrms
If you’ve ever wondered what Dungeons & Dragons is, or how to play, look no further! At its core, a roleplaying game (RPG) is a type of game where players assume the roles of characters within a fictional world. These characters can range from knights and wizards to modern-day detectives or even futuristic space explorers, depending on the setting of the game. RPGs often involve a mix of storytelling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Some RPGs also incorporate rules, dice rolls, or other mechanics to determine the outcomes of actions, adding an element of chance and unpredictability to the game. You don’t have to have any prior experience to play – just drop by and pick a table, and start your roleplaying adventure! We’ll have several open games running for you to jump into and begin defeating monsters and finding treasure.
