Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating\, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters\, Maker Faire is a venue for these "\;makers"\; to show hobbies\, experiments\, projects.
\n\nWe call it the Greatest Show (&\; Tell) on Earth - a family-friendly showcase of invention\, creativity\, and resourcefulness.

The first annual Elkhorn Mini Maker Faire\, will be held on January 27\, 2018\, from 9 am to 4 pm.
\n\nElkhorn will welcome makers &ndash\; tech enthusiasts\, inventors\, crafters\, educators\, students\, tinkerers and hobbyists of all ages &ndash\; to exhibit their work and share their knowledge and skills with other makers and with the community.
\n\nSeeing as this is out first year\, our goal is to spread the word\, promote the do-it-yourselfers of Wisconsin and Illinois\, and help fund STEM initiatives in the Elkhorn Area School District. \; We hope that our guests will come with an open mind\, and be pleasantly surprised with the skills and talent that surround us.
